What we talked about on the phone, in plain words. Send it to whoever you decide with.
"I'm picking two bath shops. Let me run your bath ads for a month. My company, Expenety, pays for the ads. Every homeowner who asks goes to you and nobody else. You or your office call them back the same day. Every week I show you what came in. If estimates are on your calendar by the end of the month, you decide if you want a second month. If not, I stop, and you've spent nothing. You can stop us any day."
Why I pay: I need a result I can show, with your name on it. So I go first.
"For a month, I run your bath ads free. Your money goes to the ads, not to me. Every homeowner who asks goes to your office, and your office calls them back the same day. Every week I show you what came in, next to what you run now. If it works, you decide on a second month. If not, I stop, and you've paid me nothing."
Keep your agency. Your ads keep running as they are.
Before we start, you write down how many estimates would make the month worth it. An estimate counts when you book it with one of these homeowners, on a set date.
If you book that many by the month's end, we talk about a second month on our next call. You hear what it costs before anything is signed, and you decide. If you book fewer, nothing goes on and you owe nothing. Either way, you can stop by email.
If you stop, at any point, the ads, the page words and the photos made for you are yours to keep.
I don't promise a number of calls, estimates or jobs. I promise what I control: everyone I send you told us the home is theirs and asked about a new bath, and if the ads bring nothing, I stop.
It comes from Meta's Ad Library, which anyone can open at facebook.com/ads/library. I read bath ads running in each state every month. On 8 October I counted 6,912 live bath ads from 210 companies; the count is public, here. Ask me for the link, and you'll see the same ad I did.
You deal with me, Lovro Lucic. I've spent more than 12 years building software that businesses run on. Expenety is the trading name of BKPCELA d.o.o., my company in Zagreb, Croatia. You'd be one of our first two partner shops.
Call me at +1 (866) 989-4568, answered by me 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Eastern. Or email lovro@expenety.com. The agreement is one page, and I send it to sign online.
